As many may have noticed recently. We have added 4 new digis in country areas in the central north, mid north and Eyre peninsula. This extends the vhf coverage into many areas previously uncovered.

We are allready seeing the real mobile coverage enhancments and getting a feel for just where it extends to.

The 4 new Digis are 5REP-1 near Cowell, 5RAE-1 Mt Arden, 5RMN-1 Near Pt Pirie, 5RLH-1 Lochiel. Thanks goes to many hands involved in different locations. The closure of the Rose AX25 network in many areas although sad has enabled the expansion of the vhf APRS network. We hope to further enhance this with a Igate serving in the mid north.
